How it works

  1. 1
    Create your account

Choose the business path at sign-up and tell us about your business or nonprofit. It takes a few minutes.

  2. 2
    Build the campaign

Five guided steps: your business, the raise, your pitch, photos and reward tiers. Everything saves as a draft as you go.

  3. 3
    Submit for review

Our team checks the campaign before it goes public, so backers know every live campaign has been looked at.

  4. 4
    Launch and post updates

Share it with your regulars first, then keep the momentum with a weekly update.

  5. 5
    Close and deliver

Keep what you raise, pay out after fees, and deliver the rewards you promised.

What you need before you start

  • A specific project and a realistic number.
  • A cover photo and a few pictures of the place, the people and the product.
  • A short story — 150 words is enough to start.
  • Three or four reward tiers you can actually deliver.
  • Business documents for verification: registration, tax ID and a photo ID.

Questions owners ask

What does it cost to start?

Nothing. Building and submitting a campaign is free. Pledzy keeps 5% of each pledge — 3% for verified nonprofits — plus card processing of 2.9% + 30¢, both taken from the payout.

How long until my campaign is live?

Once you submit it, our team reviews it before it appears publicly. Most campaigns clear review quickly, and you can keep editing the draft while you wait.

What if I don't hit my goal?

You keep everything you raised. Pledzy is not all-or-nothing — the goal is a target that creates momentum, not a cliff.

Who can raise money here?
